I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and room. I thoroughly enjoyed using the lobby space and the breakfast provided. I also loved having the kitchenette in the room for greater comfort in the foods we enjoyed.

Front desk manager went out of his way to tell us about the amenities of hotel. He was friendly and kind and truly made my stay just by how welcoming and helpful he was.

The receptionist was very friendly who worked evening on Jan 4, 2025. The breakfast spread was amazing.

We stayed at your Huntsville, ON location last year and it was fantastic! We decided to book the Kitchener location as we had such a great time in Huntsville. The room was great but that's where it ended.
